Original title Belysningsstudier - Riktlinjer och exempel på tillämpning [in Swedish]

Abstract These general guidelines for the investigastion and assessment of workplace lighting conditions give advice on how to make inquiries (a model questionnaire for interviews is reproduced), how to measure the illumination level, how to determine the luminance, light direction and light colour, and how to make the final report (a report form is attached). Two examples illustrating the application of these guidelines are described in detail. The first applies to a chemical laboratory with mixed natural and artificial lighting, and the second to a data processing centre where the staff complained of eye troubles and excessively strong lighting.
