Title Incentives and other factors associated with employee participation in health risk assessments

Abstract The objectives of this cross-sectional study were to investigate factors associated with employee participation rates in health risk assessments. Data from 124 employers with 882,275 employees who completed 344,825 health and productivity assessments were evaluated using multiple regression analyses. Key predictors of participation included incentive values, communications, organizational commitment and company size.
