Title Resolution and severity in decompression illness

Abstract Study of the terminology of decompression illness (DCI). It is argued that an analysis of clinical outcome, using an approach known as "survival analysis" would be a better basis for classifying cases of DCI than more traditional means of classification, dependent in part on clinical judgment concerning severity and therapy.
