Abstract Relational suffering at work includes extreme conflicts, bullying, sexual harassment and violence. This guide is the result of a research programme in the course of which various methodological approaches were used. The first chapter covers concepts, phenomena and the various phases in the development of a conflict. Next, the means of prevention of these problems is addressed, together with four major intervention approaches (support discussion, mediation, group interventions and coaching). A final chapter is devoted to good practices.
