| Abstract |
A new decree of the Council of Ministers of August 24, 2004 provides a list of the occupational activities which adolescents are forbidden to undertake and describes the conditions that have to be met when employing young people to perform dangerous work. The most important resolutions of the Council Directive 94/33/EC (CIS 94-1810)included in the regulations are pointed out and important changes to the previous regulations in force are listed. |
