| Abstract |
This handbook is designed to be used primarily in training seminars and may also be used as a source of reference. It shows how HIV/AIDS concerns labour and factory inspectors and provides guidance on how to apply the ILO Code of Practice on HIV/AIDS and the world of work (see CIS 03-444). It examines the links between HIV/AIDS and the principles and practice of labour inspection, with particular reference to occupational safety and health. It includes a range of learning activities, case studies and samples of legislation, policies and collective agreements. |
