This book reviews the history and economics of workplace nutrition and presents case studies from a range of countries and enterprises which show how businesses can benefit from improved attention to food at work. Provides evidence that improvements such as the provision of canteens and cafeterias, meal vouchers, mess rooms, arrangements with local vendors and the provision of safe drinking water are within the reach of any business.
