Abstract The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR, see CIS 95-1930) requires employers or persons responsible for premises to report occupational accidents, diseases and dangerous occurrences to the relevant enforcing authority. The Incident Contact Centre (ICC) is a "single window" for submitting these reports. This leaflet briefly describes the ICC and the services it offers.
