| Abstract |
These Regulations, coming into force on 2 July 2001, were adopted under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (see CIS 96-1931). They prescribe the information to be included in applications for approval relating to hazardous substances. In schedule: form of search warrant relating to the suspected presence of prohibited substances in a place of work. |
