| Abstract |
According to the provisions of the law on the prevention of occupational hazards (see CIS 95-1921) and the regulations on occupational safety and health services, enterprises are required to implement various occupational safety and health activities, to define procedures and compile the corresponding documentation. This information note proposes a simple model of a procedure enabling the documenting of permits-to-work for special work (in confined spaces, hot or cold workplaces, electrical work, etc.). It also presents an example of a permit-to-work for dangerous work form. See also CIS 02-1211/1213 and CIS 02-1215. |
