| Abstract |
This law provides for the protection of workers against ionizing radiation they may be exposed to at the workplace. It gives effect to Art.10 of the Radiation Protection Convention, 1960 (ILO Convention No.115, see CIS 89-1767). The main requirement on employers imposed by this law is to notify the Minister responsible for health of any work where exposure of workers to ionizing radiation may occur, and of protective measures taken. |
