| Abstract |
This Order is an application of Act No.88-07 of 26 Jan. 1988 concerning occupational health, safety and medicine (see CIS 89-5) and of Executive Decree No.93-120 of 15 May 1993 concerning the organization of occupational medicine (see CIS 97-1418). It specifies the obligations of employers in the organization of occupational medicine services, as well as the relevant obligations of occupational physicians with whom employers sign a collective convention. |
