Abstract This Regulatory Standard on safety, health and working conditions in the construction industry was originally issued by Regulation (Portaria) No.4 of 4 July 1995 (see CIS 96-1179), and modified by Regulations 7/1997 (3 Mar.), 12/97 (6 May) and 20/98 (17 Apr.).
