It applies to all workplaces, with the need for compliance with existing safety and health rules in certain industries and workplaces: transportation outside enterprises, temporary and mobile workplaces, mining, fishing boats, agriculture and forestry. Ordinances 1/1987 (CIS 88-707), 41/1995 and 6/1996 (CIS 99-366) are revoked. CIS No. 00-1503 Número de registro 75987
