This Order implements in Belgium the provisions of European Directive 90/394/EEC (see CIS 90-1758). It defines the term "carcinogen" and it outlines the conditions under which workers may be employed in the presence of possible exposure to carcinogens. In annex: list of substances whose use is subject to authorization. |
