Definitions of the different types of signs, employer's obligations and miscellaneous provisions. Directive 77/576/EEC (CIS 78-1458 and 91-7) shall be repealed on 24 June 1994. In annex: general minimum requirements concerning safety and/or health signs at work, signboards, signs on containers and pipes, identification and location of fire-fighting equipment, signs used for obstacles and for marking traffic routes, for illuminated signs, for verbal communication, and for hand signals.
