Those issued in 1979 under the title Industrial Safety, Health, and Welfare (Administrative and General) Regulations cover: general duties and penalties; registration of factories; reporting and recording of work injuries; safety provisions (access to buildings and emergency exits; machine safety; compressed air; confined spaces; dangerous containers; electrical safety; explosion prevention; explosive-powered tools; fire safety; flammable solutions used as coating materials; floors; foundries; gas treatment of food; glass-reinforced plastics; hot pipelines; hot, corrosive and harmful substances; maximum weights to be lifted; personal protective equipment; refrigeration; stacking of materials; traffic control); health and welfare (abrasive blasting; asbestos; bakehouses; welfare facilities; ventilation; electroplating; heating and cooling; isocyanates; lead; luminous radioactive substances; cleanliness; medical examinations; lighting; noise protection; protection from fumes; seating; working space; spray painting and coating; welding).
