| Abstract |
These regulations were published on 31 July 1984. They oblige employers to install suction exhaust equipment and/or supply respiratory protective equipment to workers whenever they are likely or liable to be exposed to hazardous substances in the workplace air exceeding the permitted concentration levels. In the schedule: list of ca. 300 substances, with corresponding exposure limits (given in: volumes of gas or vapour per million volumes of air; mg/m3 of air for substances in general; particles/ft3 of air for dusts and fibres). |
