Contents: general standards (scope; definitions); obligatons of employers and employees; employment of women and minors; organisations charged with OSH matters (the National Council and the Directorate of Health, Occupational Safety and Welfare; the National Institute of Occupational Safety; inspection and supervision activities; joint OSH committees); OSH services within enterprises; penalties; minimal OSH standards (workplaces; fire safety; machine guarding; electrical equipment; hand and portable power tools; boilers and pressure vessels; furnaces; materials handling and transport; dangerous and noxious substances; radiations; maintenance of plant, machinery and equipment; health protection; personal protective equipment; selection of workers; danger signs). |
