Abstract
This decree brings Portuguese legislation concerning dangerous substances in line with EEC directive 86/431/EEC (see CIS 86-1574). It makes some changes in the risk phrases corresponding to certain R numbers, it includes a revised list of dangerous chemical substances (73 substances with corresponding danger code, R and S codes and CAS number), and it makes further modifications of Decree 280-A/87.
