Abstract This bulletin contains 3 enforcement orders (entry into force: 13 Oct. 1988) on the decree on prevention of, registration of and establishment of expert opinion on occupational diseases. The 3rd enforcement order modifies the enclosure of the 2nd one on categories and intervals of re-examination tests of fitness and medical surveillance. The 4th enforcement order concerns pulmonary diseases. Regulations are set up with reference to mass radiography, expert opinion on workers suffering from dust diseases and those having been removed from exposure to dust. The 5th enforcement order lays down principles of protection against work-related hearing impairment and deafness due to noise.
