Abstract Under the provision of the Working Environment Act (CIS 85-593), paragraph 35, these regulations (effective 1 November 1977) lay down rules for work performed by young persons between 13 and 18 years old. Contents: classification of work legally performed by young persons according to age; consent of parents; limits on working hours. Appended is a copy of the form completed by the employer in case the employee is under 18 and the workplace employs more than 20 workers.
