| Abstract |
This ministerial order applies to all employers, except for the armed forces, police, state firefighting services and workplaces using atomic energy. It covers: protection against harmful substances, ionising and non-ionising radiation, noise, vibration and biological hazards; provision of appropriate lighting and drinking water; disposal of waste materials and sewage originating in the workplace; provision of hygienic facilities; order and cleanliness. |
