Manufacturers, processors and importers of these chemicals will be required to report end-use, exposure, volume and unpublished health and safety data to the EPA. The substances are: 2-butenal (or: crotonaldehyde); tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate; tris(2-chloro-1-propyl)phosphate; tris(1-chloro-2-propyl)phosphate; tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)phosphate; tetrakis(2-chloroethyl)ethylene disphosphate. The first of these is designated for response within 12 months, while the others are recommended with intent-to-designate. A 7th substance, butanal, is also recommended without being designated for response within 12 months.
