It has general application to employers in all sectors of activity. The Act contains a series of general provisions on safety and health, occupational medicine, training and information, prevention, financing, supervision of application of the legislation and penalties. Means of application are set forth in regulations. Certain provisions of Ordinance No. 75-31 (see CIS 77-600) respecting general conditions of work in the private sector are repealed.
