The first covers 114 tasks or operations in the production of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, confectionery, starch and sugar production, canning, production of dried or concentrated foodstuffs, essential oils, tea, perfumes, cosmetics, citric, lactic and other acids used in foods, yeast, pectin, rubber sealing rings and salt. The 2nd list gives 163 posts or occupations in the meat industry, poultry processing, the dairy and tobacco industries, production and processing of fats and oils, production of mustard powder, drying oils, drying agents and candles.
