It contains rules to be followed by employers, foremen, suppliers and others in accordance with the general requirements of the law. Contents: planning and adaptation of the work (security and health aspects); requirements concerning the safe performance of work; preventive control measures to be undertaken in order to ensure a good working environment; obligatory applications for approval of certain new plans; particulars and exemptions; appeal procedures; penalties to be imposed in case this notification is not respected.
