Regulation 77-1 under the Occupational Safety Act (O.C. 77-13) of the Province of New Brunswick (Canada). It includes regulations on: welfare facilities; first aid; illumination; ventilation; industrial health hazards (harmful substances, laser beams, extreme temperatures, noise, radiation); personal protective equipment; housekeeping; handling and storage of materials; tools (hand, explosive-actuated, portable power-operated); ladders; scaffolds; stairs and ramps; floors and openings; explosives; construction safety; machine guarding; welding; cylinders; storage batteries; electricity; work in a compressed air environment; underwater diving; logging; camps and facilities. Mines and work in private homes are excluded from the application of this law. |
