Abstract These regulations (effective 1 June 1986) apply to agricultural and logging enterprises that employ no wage earners; they also cover family undertakings for raising domestic and furred animals, market gardeners, etc. Contents: requirements to be met by the working environment (access and communication ways, lighting and microclimate of work premises; prevention of the spread of dust, smoke and harmful gases; noise and vibration control; fire and explosion safety; equipment safety; precautions for the use and storage of harmful products; personal protection); responsibility for the working environment; compulsory notification of accidents and diseases; responsibilities of manufacturers and suppliers; employment of children and young persons; labour inspection; penalties.
