| Abstract |
These regulations, dated 14 June 1985 (effective at the same date), apply to work performed in shipyards. They cover: the requirements to be met before the ship enters the yard; the requirements to be met while in the yard (connection of the pipeline providing the ship with inert gas to the shipyard gas-producing unit, monitoring of the oxygen content, barring access to spaces that present fire or health hazards); authorised work, work requiring a permit; checks and certificates. Facsimiles of a certificate of entry and a permit to work are appended. |
