| Abstract |
This directive is addressed to those employers who are obliged to employ occupational physicians and defines their qualifications and conditions of employment. It presents the insurance associations' tables of minimal time to be spent by the occupational physician as a function of the type of enterprise and number of workers. An appendix gives the text of the law of 1973 on occupational physicians, safety engineers and other occupational safety specialists. A supplement contains commentaries and examples of the calculation of the minimal working time for physicians. |
