This loose-leaf compendium gives the text of the Federal German Act of 1973 concerning plant physicians, safety engineers and other occupational safety specialists (CIS 74-1166) with a detailed commentary, and the most important statutory instruments concerning occupational safety and health enacted in the Federal Republic of Germany. The 17th and 18th supplements contain new or amended texts, updating the compendium to June 1982. The commentary on the Occupational Safety Act has been revised, and this edition of the compendium gives the texts of new regulations on hazardous substances in industry, lead, fluorine, silicogenous dusts, sand blasting agents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, technical indicative concentrations (TRK), flammable liquids, lifts, steam boilers, and minimum duration of employment of plant physicians and safety specialists. |
