Abstract Pursuant to a Decree of the Council of State dated 11 Dec. 1975 (CIS 77-754), this Order (effective 1 Jan. 1979) requires employers to keep a register of carcinogenic substances to which workers are exposed in workplaces. The personal history sheets filed in the register must be kept up to date regularly until the worker is definitely separated from his employment and are subsequently filed at the regional office of the National Board of Occupational Safety and Health.
