Abstract Loose-leaf collection of the consolidated text of the 5th edition (1968) of the Belgian General Labour Protection Regulations, updated to 1978. Part 1: rules concerning establishments classified as hazardous, unhealthy or noxious; Part 2: general provisions concerning occupational hygiene and workers' occupational safety and health. Part 3 (a major part of the regulations) contains special provisions for specific industries: equipment and working procedures common to various industries (electrical installations, lifting equipment, vehicle inspection lifts, spin dryers, engines, paints, compressed gas containers); specific industries (metalworking trades, chemical industry, construction and maintenance, work in compressed air, quarries, transportation, food and drink industries, commerce and distributive trades, etc.). Part 4: special rules for steam pressure vessels and machinery. Part 5: final provisions. Appended: basic statutory instruments forming the General Regulations, administrative orders, directives and instructions, other non-coordinated regulations, and practical information.
