Contents: undertakings covered by the new legislation; plant OSH organisation (safety groups, headed by the safety officer; role of management and supervisors; safety committee; duties of safety steward designated by the committee; plant medical service; case of employees engaged in different trades in the same workplace or worksite); model OSH organisational schemes for the entire plant, in the administrational section, for occupations without a fixed workplace, on construction sites (including problems regarding subcontractors) and in ports.
