The Code contains the basic provisions of socialist labour legislation with chapters on plant management, employment contracts, work organisation and discipline, remuneration and premiums, vocational training and further education, working hours, holidays, occupational safety and health, in-plant cultural and sports activities, rights of working women, responsibilities of workers, payment of damages by the undertaking, social security, right to work and litigations.
