Contents of the regulations (entry into force: 1 July 1977): scope; definitions; obligations of the undertaking; establishment of an occupational safety and health committee for every installation where more than 20 workers are employed; right of safety officer to order stoppage of dangerous work; minimum age (18 years); pre-employment medical examination; hours of work (limit of 12h a day, 36h a week); vacation and other leave; overtime; breaks; approval of working hours; enforcement of regulations. |
