Abstract Safety rules promulgated on 7 Feb. 1974 under the Act of 19 Dec. 1958 on conditions of work in agriculture and entered into force on 5 Apr. 1974. They contain provisions on: employers' and workers' liability, legal implications, agricultural machinery which young people under 18 are forbidden to operate (circular saws, threshers, forage cutters, welding equipment, earthmoving equipment, prime movers, tractors, chain saws, etc.) and prohibited work (blasting, work in silos, crop protection, etc.).
