Abstract Dangerous forestry work (e.g. taking down trees hung up in falling, topping of standing trees, cone cropping) must never be done by one worker alone. When performing normal tasks, lumbermen working in isolation must contact other workers or foremen at least 4 times during a normal working day. Walkie-talkies may be used; if no contact is obtained, the worker must be searched for immediately.
