Abstract These regulations lay down provisions concerning the following aspects of work in factories in which spray painting is carried out: provision of suitable spray booths or cubicles; provision of exhaust fans or other suitable apparatus; the use of heating or preheating devices for paint; use of respiratory protective equipment, overalls and head coverings; provision of washing facilities; the wearing of protective equipment; washing before leaving work; and smoking, eating or drinking at the workplace.
