Contents: definitions; general principles regarding the use and periodic testing of work equipment and the proper training of workers who use it; general requirements applying to all work equipment; additional minimum requirements applying to equipment with moving parts; minimum requirements of lifting equipment; general requirements of work equipment used for temporary work at heights; rules applying to ladders, scaffolds and the use of ropes for accessing workplaces and the positioning of objects.
