Abstract Law on the compensation of occupational injuries and diseases. All employers except the State are obliged to take out industrial injury insurance policies covering all their employees. All claims resulting from industrial injury or occupational disease must be registered by the insurer, and this registry must be made available to public authorities or employers' and workers' organizations who need the information for prevention purposes.
