Mr Dilip Barua, Honorable Minister for Industries was the chief guest at the Agro-Food Processing Sector Development Strategy Workshop organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) Reform Project held at the UNI Resort in Cox’s Bazar mid August.

Mr Dilip Barua, Honorable Minister for Industries was the chief guest at the Agro-Food Processing Sector Development Strategy Workshop organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) Reform Project held at the UNI Resort in Cox’s Bazar mid August.

The workshop was attended by thirty participants representing Agro-Food sector, government departments, trade unions employer federation and the chamber of commerce.

Ms Panudda Boonpala, Director, ILO-Dhaka, Mr Arthur Shears, Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) TVET Reform Project and Mr Shafiqur Rahman, Chairman, Industry Skills Committee (ISC) gave presentations at the workshop. The workshop was coordinated by component four of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Reform Project in Bangladesh.
