The Road Map captures the priority activities to be embarked on and the twenty Project Plans or Outlines have been derived from the National Plan of Action for Decent Work and designed round the key enabling initiatives contained in the National Plan of Action for Decent Work in Sri Lanka. Project outlines elaborated in this document are inter-related as the thread that links them all are Employment Creation (opportunity to work), Rights at Work, Social Dialogue and Social Protection, the four basic dimensions of Decent Work
