    ILO is strongly committed to convening the Caribbean Ministers of Labour Meeting every two years, to listen to the constituents and to respond to their needs with practical solutions, says ILO Director-General.

  3. 9th ILO Meeting of the Caribbean Ministers of Labour in The Bahamas to address ‘Decent Work for Sustainable Development’

    The Meeting will bring together Ministers with responsibility for Labour, Permanent Secretaries and high-level officials of the English- and Dutch-speaking Caribbean, as well as representatives of the Caribbean Congress of Labour (CCL), and the Caribbean Employers' Confederation (CEC).

    Ford Foundation-ILO High level event: "Employment and Decent Work for Inclusive and Sustainable Development"

    In the context of the 69th Session of the UN General Assembly, this high-level event brought together Heads of State and Government from developed and emerging economies with key actors of the real economy to discuss the role of Employment and Decent Work in the post-2015 development agenda.
