Training Programme on Anticipating Skills Requirements: Occupational Trends and Emerging Demands in Tourism
6 - 7 May 2014
To build capacity to implement methodologies and tools for identifying technological, occupational, and organizational trends, and their impacts on skills development in vocational training programmes. To this end, anticipating skills demands is critical to reducing gaps, by conducting training needs analysis to ensure a match between training and employment. The Meeting is a collaboration of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) SENAI, ILO/CINTERFOR and ILO Office Port of Spain.
