Upon completion, participants will have improved or updated their understanding of quantitative impact evaluation concepts and methods; will have reviewed and tested impact evaluation methods and techniques, such as randomized control trials; and will be in a position to identify the most pertinent types of impact evaluation, taking into account specific project constraints, institutional and national contexts, and budgetary, time and data constraints.
