    The Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions (CMTU) is organizing a two day capacity building training for trade unionists representing informal sector workers within the framework of the ILO/EU project to support GSP+ Beneficiary Countries to Effectively Implement ILS and Comply with Reporting Obligations – Mongolia.

  1. ILO/EU/AFCYD Training for Child Rights Inspectors and Labour Inspectors on Child Labour and Forced Labour

    This training aims at improving capacity of child rights inspectors and labour inspectors to identify/protect child labourers, to deal with child and forced labour situations and to enforce relevant legislation. Under the framework of the EU Funded project “GSP+2 – Support GSP+ Beneficiary Countries to Effectively Implement ILS and Comply with Reporting Obligations – Mongolia” (MNG/16/50/EUR), the Authority for Family, Child and Youth Development (AFCYD) is organising this training in partnership with the General Agency for Specialized Inspection (GASI).

  2. ILO/EU/MBA Training for Judges, Prosecutors, Legal Advocates and Legal Educators: International Labour Standards on Child Labour and Forced Labour

    27 - 28 June 2018

    This training is a follow up to the ILO CO-Beijing/ITCILO/MBA training course on International Labour Standards for judges, lawyers and legal educators that was held in August 2017 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The Mongolian Bar Association (MBA) is organising this training under the framework of the EU Funded project “GSP+2 – Support GSP+ Beneficiary Countries to Effectively Implement ILS and Comply with Reporting Obligations – Mongolia” (MNG/16/50/EUR).

  1. Memorandum of technical comments on the draft labour law of Mongolia

    As response to the request of the Government of Mongolia, the International Labour Office has provided technical comments on the draft labour law in November 2014 based on the draft submitted on August 1, 2014.

  4. EU/ILO/Mongolia Project on “Sustaining GSP-Plus Status by Strengthened National Capacities to Improve ILS Compliance and Reporting-Mongolia Phase 2 (GSP+3)” kicked off

    Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia (ILO News) – The ILO, government agencies, Mongolian Employers’ Federation (MONEF), Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions (CMTU) and labour right advocates gathered today to discuss their joint action on forced labour, child labour and trafficking in persons for labour exploitation.
