The international conference gathers prominent national and international speakers to address the challenges of social security and responsesin the future of work in China and across the globe, in the context of key mega trends of digitalisation of work and transformations in employment relations. It addresses the question of how the future of social security can be strengthened and remain human centred, as well as different ways to ensure social security systems can adapt in response to rapid demographic changes.

Chinese celebrity actor, in collaboration with the ILO, campaigns for the prevention of pneumoconiosis

The ILO has collaborated with Wang Baoqiang, an A-lister actor in Chinese movies and TV series, in producing a series of video clips to raise the attention of workers, employers and the society to workplace dust hazards and prevention of pneumoconiosis.
