The Guide has been developed by seven trade union federations in Cambodia in cooperation with the International Labour Office (ILO) to help workers and their organizations to promote equality and eliminate discrimination in their workplaces. It explains national and international laws and shows how workers can protect themselves from discrimination. Two other smart guides explain workers’ right to equality and non-discrimination at work and how to promote maternity protection in workplaces.
